Everything about your stance and pose is so grounded, it feels so solid like she could wave her hand at an oncoming truck and her feet would never leave where they're planted. In addition, you are one of the most natural Kara Zor-Els I've ever seen, beyond just your natural hair or features, it's all in your attitude, especially for this saga of Supergirl. You're awesome!
Hey, don't be scared to try it My first cosplay started 3 years ago, and that cosplay was supergirl, but i really enjoy cosplaying her so i keep on wearing and updating her cosplay. The first time i wore it was at FACTS in Belgium, it was a very nice experience. People really liked the costume and were very friendly. What are you afraid of for trying? If you are interested in comics (or other things) and you like to dress up and make costumes, just give it a try!
Im scared Ill do it wrong somehow! Haha. Im new to this sort of thing, and I recently got into anime. I was always interested in cosplay..But I dont know really how to cosplay? Like...hm. I guess I dont know anyone who would do it with me, and I dont know what youre supposed to do at events where people cosplay. But I think it would be SO fun to create my own costume and wear it at some sort of convention.
Don't worry, everyone had to start somewhere. Anime is not my type of thing, so i won't be able to help you with that. But just pick a charachter you like, look how the costume is build and give it a try. I prefer making a costume my own, but if you can't, look for things that you can use and make something new with it. I personally think it's more nice to wear something you made yourself in a way. But there are cosplayers that buy their costume too. I just like the making-part as much as wearing it. No friends with the same interest? You can do it on your own too, but it's always nice to have someone with you. I think there will be someone with the same idea somewhere? Check some forums or facebookpages of the conventions, there's a chance people will look for other people to meet. At the conventions in my opinion, you're a visitor like anyone else but just with a costume So have fun, check the stuff they sell, meet new people and when people ask for a picture, just strike a pose. (It's good that you know your charachter for this, so you know how they would pose or what is a well known pose.)
